​Vesa Tamminen-Larmi, Olen vuonna 1965 syntynyt osa-aikainen kuvantekijä, muotoilija, muotoilun opettaja. Olen ollut hetken aikaa myös Hämeenlinnan taiteilijaseuran jäsenenä. Vaikka muodolliset taideopintoni päättyivät Hyvinkään taidekoulussa 1987, suoritin muotoilun, taiteen perusopettajan ja muotoilunopettajan pedagogiset opinnot - ja jatkoin taiteen tekemistä. Olen alusta asti hakenut inspiraatiota abstraktista ilmaisusta, korumaisista miniatyyri-reliefeistä, jotka ovat kasvaneet kooltaan isommaksi. I am a part-time image maker, designer, design teacher. I was born in the decade of modernism and contemporary art in 1965. I was also a member of the Hämeenlinna artists' society for a while. Although my formal art studies ended at Hyvinkää art school in 1987, I completed design, primary art teacher and design teacher pedagogical studies - and continued making art. From the beginning, I have sought inspiration from abstract expression, miniature reliefs that resemble jewelry, which have grown in size. My current works consist of independent parts that form and are part of a larger whole. My works are compositions of partial works and realized with mixed media on watercolor paper or wooden board. - A piece of art completes the composition.
